It contains etiology, types, symptom & signs of dementia and the course focuses on the care of dementia behaviors, family burden, assessment tools, and physical care for patients. The student understand about dementia care delivery systems, community volunteers, family self help groups refer systems, government policies. And also student understand long-term care systems, various non-pharmacological interventions for dementia patients.
