• To do so, HISS offers excellent programs to make the student experience more than they expected.
  HISS will provide not only qualified lectures but also many fascinating activities for students.
• From this year, prominent faculties from abroad will be invited to for HISS’s high qualified lectures.
  According to contemporary international situations and student’s preference, we provide various
  areas of lectures such as Korean studies(10), Humanities / Language studies(10), International
  Business and Economics (6), International Relations (7), Science and Engineering (1).
• There are day trips to Icheon pottery, JSA/DMZ, Nanta performance and field trip to Korean
  traditional old city Kyeongju. By attending day trips and field trip, students can understand more
  about Korean cultures and traditions.
• Furthermore, we offer special opportunity to experience China. For one week, students can study
  at Xi'an Jiaotong University in China. Students will be given numerous opportunities to immerse
  themselves in the culture and tradition of Korea, and even a chance to visit China to see first hand
  how the two cultures compare and contrast.
• Students’ grade is evaluated through tests, assignments, class attendance, and participation, and
  is usually graded on 4.0 scale. Grades are recorded and it can be transferred to students’ school
  and Hanyang University will send transcript directly to all the students who attended HISS for free.
• Friendly Buddy is always welcoming students from abroad and they will help students to
  understand more about Korea. Full furnished dormitory room is provided to all the students who
  want to use. HISS will provide students to unforgettable memories.
