The Hanyang University Institute for Euro-African Studies held 'The 42nd Colloquium' at 3 pm at Seoul Campus College of Social Science Building on Monday, October 23.
In this colloquium, Emma Isumbingabo, Ambassador of Rwanda, gave a special lecture on "The Role of Culture in Rwanda's Sustainable Development".
