College of Medicine Class of 82' Donated 7.4 Million Won

On August 28th, the class of 82' from the College of Medicine donated 7.4 million won to the Hanyang University Resident Association.
The amount was gathered by 30 colleagues that are part of the 20th year of the alumni association and the class of 82' and was delivered to encourage junior residents of the Hanyang University Hospital.
At the delivery ceremony, Seoul National University College of Education Professor Kim Yeon-soo, Hanyang University Professor Shin Jin-ho, the president of the alumni association, Professor Kim Dong-hun of Kangbuk Samsung Hospital, and the president of the Hanyang University Resident Association Lee Yong-jun (3rd year in internal medicine) had attended the event.
According to the coverage made by the medical press, 'Daily Medi', Professor Kim Dong-hun mentioned, "The donated money was gathered to stop the enforcement of policies that cloud the future of the Korean medical system. We wanted to support the juniors that have given up everything that they could."
