Professor Park Jin-sung wins the "Most Cited Paper Award" at the 20th International Meeting on Information Display (IMID)

Professor Park Jin-sung from the Division of Materal Science and Engineering at Hanyang University won the "Most Cited Paper Award" at the 20th International Meeting on Information Display (IMID).
The 20th International Meeting on Information Display (IMID 2020), which was organized by the Korean Information Display Society (KIDS), the Society for Information Display (SID), and the Korea Display Industry Association (KDIA), will be held online from the 25th to the 28th.
This event will bring 1,500 industry, academic and research experts together from 15 countries around the world to share the latest research trends. To ensure the safety of the participants, this event will be carried out online to prevent the spread of infection in this pandemic. A total of 520 outstanding papers, including 70 papers from Samsung Display will be published. Participants will be able to watch all the pre-recorded videos of the program from the 25th, the first day of the conference. Ideas for technology development strategies and commercialization plans will be shared through question and answer comments for earch presentation.
In addtion, a special session of world-renowned scholars as well as four lectures will be held, which will be attended by 110 invited speakers from Korea and overseas. For the development of display, a place for young displayers will be provided to present innovative presentations to train young scientists. "Merck Science Connect" (online panel discussion) will be held with Merck, a sponsor of IMID 2020.
On the other hand, the IMID 2020 award ceremony was held at International Education Center in Ewha Womans University on the 10th prior to IMID 2020 online conference. Professor Park was recognized for his outstanding scientific achievements in the field of display technology at the 2014 International Meeting on Information Display and won the 11th "Young Scientist Award for Merck."
