The rate of maintaining employment was tallied at the rate at which employees of the workplace health insurance have been kept as subscribers for more than a certain period of time, which was calculated based on those who have been insured for 11 months after employment. The index on start-ups was measured based on the 3 year average from 2016 to last year revealed by the university notification system(Higher Education in Korea). As for start-ups, ‘the number of students doing startups’, ‘startup support fund per student’, and the status of ‘faculty start-ups’ were used based on the university notification system(Higher Education in Korea).
