Hanyang University was recognized as the best university in employment, start-ups, and career guidance.

The Dong-A Daily, Ministry of Employment and Labor, and Embrain, a Macromill group company, which jointly conducted the 'Youth Dream University Rankings,' announced that the 'Employment Rate,' among the other indicators for selecting a youth dream university, need to reflect the reality since it heavily influenced by the region, conditions, and recognition, besides the university's capacity. Accordingly, to see the full capacity of the university, outstanding universities were evaluated by purely screening the university's career, employment, and entrepreneurship capabilities, excluding student satisfaction, employment rate, and job retention rate.

15 universities including Hanyang, Keimyung, Soonchunhyang, Sunmoon, Dong-Eui, and Gachon University were listed. Indicators for the student support system have been scored on a scale of 100. Keimyung University had the highest score with 94.5 points and Hanyang University came in the second position with 90.26 points.

The Dong-A Daily, which reported the results, described Hanyang University's unique support system by introducing cases of Hanyang start-up CEO Na Sung-soo (sophomore, Computer software) and Ryu Chang-wan (the head of the Start-up Support Team). Na Sung-soo programmed internationally renowned mobile game, and Ryu Chang-wan leads start-up policies in Hanyang university as a former representative of venture business. Particularly, various kinds of Hanyang university’s unique start-up support programs were mentioned such as start-up leave of absence, start-up training, start-up academy.
