![]() The British university evaluation institution, QS announced their '2020 QS Graduate Employability Rankings' on September 19th. While top domestic universities showed downward trends, Hanyang University entered the 101-110th rank, a rise a in comparison to last year. For two consecutive years, MIT was ranked in the top spot. The top three universities were all American universities, including Stanford University, which took second place, and UCLA, which took third place. Tsinghua University was the only Asian university to be ranked in the top 6 worldwide. Similar to last year, Seoul National University was the highest among domestic universities but dropped five ranks from 23rd in 2018 to 28th in 2019. The following domestic universities were ranked as follows: KAIST (82nd), Yonsei University (88th), Sungkyunkwan University (96th), Hanyang University (101-110th), and POSTECH (251-300th). 12 domestic universities, including Chung-Ang University, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Kyung-Hee University, Kyungpook University, Pusan National University, and Seogang University were reported to have placed in the 301-500th ranking. ![]() Hanyang University was ranked in the 201~300th (2017), 201~250th (2018), and 121~130th (2019). Hanyang University has demonstrated a consistent rise--as demonstrated by their 101-110th rank in the 2020 QS World Employability Rankings. The QS World Employability Rankings first announced its '2017 Rankings' in 2016, and this year's announcement is its fourth. QS evaluated 500 world universities under five indicators from ▲ Employer reputation (30%) ▲ Partnership with employers (25%) ▲ Alumni outcomes (25%) ▲ Partnership with employers (10%) and ▲ Graduate employment rate. The rankings of 300 universities were announced in 2017, and the number was expanded to 500 universities from 2018 Rankings.
